Icewine Marshmallows

I will leave the foodie talk to the experts (my marshmallow partner in crime, Ms. Joshna Maharaj), but I’ll say this: these icewine marshmallows are surprisingly tart, and have a smokey, apple quality. I’ll say this too: they’re a perfect grown-up winter treat with a cup of coffee. Oh, and they photograph wonderfully.
