People, I just got surprised by some film I got back from the lab. I was expecting mostly recent photos, but instead I got a pile of gems from the last year and a half (plus). Some of the shots were taken so long ago, I thought I got someone else’s film. There are some from last year’s trip to Poland, some with the baby Buddy, and even one from a film I worked on in another life.
We’re back. While I’m busy processing, scanning and developing photos, here are some shots from my phone of my little world traveller doing what he loves to do best: yelling out the window at planes, trucks, or, when we’re in the air, the wing of the plane itself.
Silver Shade develops to a monochrome sepia tone, but when it comes out of the camera it’s a brilliant royal blue. I just had to snap a picture of this polaroid while it was still in transition.
You may have noticed there was no Of Note on Wednesday, but that’s because we’ve been busy packing! Samson, Hubby and I are flying across the ocean (French Kiss. Awesome Movie. Anyone? Anyone??) today to Gdansk to visit Samson’s Pradziadek (Great-Grandpa) Olek who will be turning 80 while we’re there! So, in honour of our trans-atlantic trip, here’s some Etsy favourites from Poland! Enjoy.
Happy Friday, folks.
